وَإِذْ
قَالَ
مُوسَى
لِفَتَاهُ
لَا
أَبْرَحُ
حَتَّى
أَبْلُغَ
مَجْمَعَ
الْبَحْرَيْنِ
أَوْ
أَمْضِيَ
حُقُبًا
60. And for, said Moses to his lad, "Not will I depart
until I reach the gathering of the two seas or I proceed for
eons!"
فَلَمَّا
بَلَغَا
مَجْمَعَ
بَيْنِهِمَا
نَسِيَا
حُوتَهُمَا
فَاتَّخَذَ
سَبِيلَهُ
فِي
الْبَحْرِ
سَرَبًا
61. So when they reached the gathering of the two, they
forgot their fish so it took its way into the sea, fleeting.
فَلَمَّا
جَاوَزَا
قَالَ
لِفَتَاهُ
آتِنَا
غَدَاءنَا
لَقَدْ
لَقِينَا
مِن
سَفَرِنَا
هَذَا
نَصَبًا
62. So when they passed, he said to his lad, "Bring us
our lunch, we have truly met from our travel, this, toil."
قَالَ
أَرَأَيْتَ
إِذْ
أَوَيْنَا
إِلَى
الصَّخْرَةِ
فَإِنِّي
نَسِيتُ
الْحُوتَ
وَمَا
أَنسَانِيهُ
إِلَّا
الشَّيْطَانُ
أَنْ
أَذْكُرَهُ
وَاتَّخَذَ
سَبِيلَهُ
فِي
الْبَحْرِ
عَجَبًا
63. He said, "You see, when we sheltered at the rock, then
assuredly I forgot the fish. And naught made me forget,
except Satan, that I mention it; and it took its way into the
sea, wondrously."
قَالَ
ذَلِكَ
مَا
كُنَّا
نَبْغِ
فَارْتَدَّا
عَلَى
آثَارِهِمَا
قَصَصًا
64. He said, "That is what we were ever
seeking." So they reverted upon their tracks,
retracing.
فَوَجَدَا
عَبْدًا
مِّنْ
عِبَادِنَا
آتَيْنَاهُ
رَحْمَةً
مِنْ
عِندِنَا
وَعَلَّمْنَاهُ
مِن
لَّدُنَّا
عِلْمًا
65. So they found a slave from among Our slaves; We provided him
mercy from about Us and We taught him, from Our vicinity,
knowledge.
قَالَ
لَهُ
مُوسَى
هَلْ
أَتَّبِعُكَ
عَلَى
أَن
تُعَلِّمَنِ
مِمَّا
عُلِّمْتَ
رُشْدًا
66. Said to him did Moses, "Can I follow you upon (the
condition) that you teach me from whatever you were taught of
reason?"
قَالَ
إِنَّكَ
لَن
تَسْتَطِيعَ
مَعِيَ
صَبْرًا
67. He said, "Assuredly you can never be, with me,
patient."
وَكَيْفَ
تَصْبِرُ
عَلَى
مَا لَمْ
تُحِطْ
بِهِ
خُبْرًا
68. "And how can you be patient with what you encompass not
in it any news?"
قَالَ
سَتَجِدُنِي
إِن شَاء
اللَّهُ
صَابِرًا
وَلَا
أَعْصِي
لَكَ
أَمْرًا
69. He said, "You will find me, if Allah wills, patient and
I will disobey not from you any order."
قَالَ
فَإِنِ
اتَّبَعْتَنِي
فَلَا
تَسْأَلْنِي
عَن
شَيْءٍ
حَتَّى
أُحْدِثَ
لَكَ
مِنْهُ
ذِكْرًا
70. He said. "Then, if you follow me, then ask me not about
anything until I narrate to you about it (some) mention."
فَانطَلَقَا
حَتَّى
إِذَا
رَكِبَا
فِي
السَّفِينَةِ
خَرَقَهَا
قَالَ
أَخَرَقْتَهَا
لِتُغْرِقَ
أَهْلَهَا
لَقَدْ
جِئْتَ
شَيْئًا
إِمْرًا
71. So they took off until, when they rode in a ship, he rived
it. He said, "You rived it to drown its
holders? You have truly brought something momentous!"
قَالَ
أَلَمْ
أَقُلْ
إِنَّكَ
لَن
تَسْتَطِيعَ
مَعِيَ
صَبْرًا
72. He said, "Did I not say that assuredly you could
never be, with me, patient?"
قَالَ
لَا
تُؤَاخِذْنِي
بِمَا
نَسِيتُ
وَلَا
تُرْهِقْنِي
مِنْ
أَمْرِي
عُسْرًا
73. He said, "Reproach me not for what I forgot, and
exhaust me not from my affair with difficulty."
فَانطَلَقَا
حَتَّى
إِذَا
لَقِيَا
غُلَامًا
فَقَتَلَهُ
قَالَ
أَقَتَلْتَ
نَفْسًا
زَكِيَّةً
بِغَيْرِ
نَفْسٍ
لَّقَدْ
جِئْتَ
شَيْئًا
نُّكْرًا
74. So they took off until, when they found a youth, then he killed
him. He said, "You killed an ameliorated soul without
a soul (being killed)? You have truly brought something
reprehensible!"
قَالَ
أَلَمْ
أَقُل
لَّكَ
إِنَّكَ
لَن
تَسْتَطِيعَ
مَعِي
صَبْرًا
75. He said, "Did I not say to you that assuredly you
could never be, with me, patient?"
قَالَ
إِن
سَأَلْتُكَ
عَن
شَيْءٍ
بَعْدَهَا
فَلَا
تُصَاحِبْنِي
قَدْ
بَلَغْتَ
مِن
لَّدُنِّي
عُذْرًا
76. He said, "If I ask you about anything after this,
then accompany me not; you have truly reached from my vicinity
an apology."
فَانطَلَقَا
حَتَّى
إِذَا
أَتَيَا
أَهْلَ
قَرْيَةٍ
اسْتَطْعَمَا
أَهْلَهَا
فَأَبَوْا
أَن
يُضَيِّفُوهُمَا
فَوَجَدَا
فِيهَا
جِدَارًا
يُرِيدُ
أَنْ
يَنقَضَّ
فَأَقَامَهُ
قَالَ
لَوْ
شِئْتَ
لَاتَّخَذْتَ
عَلَيْهِ
أَجْرًا
77. So they took off until, when they approached the holders of
a village, they sought food of its holders; yet they refused to
guest them. Then they found therein a wall that wanted to
crumple, so he raised it. He said, "If you willed,
you could have taken for it a reward."
قَالَ
هَذَا
فِرَاقُ
بَيْنِي
وَبَيْنِكَ
سَأُنَبِّئُكَ
بِتَأْوِيلِ
مَا لَمْ
تَسْتَطِع
عَّلَيْهِ
صَبْرًا
78. He said, "This is parting between me and you; I will
apprise you of the interpretation of what you could not be, with
it, patient."
أَمَّا
السَّفِينَةُ
فَكَانَتْ
لِمَسَاكِينَ
يَعْمَلُونَ
فِي
الْبَحْرِ
فَأَرَدتُّ
أَنْ
أَعِيبَهَا
وَكَانَ
وَرَاءهُم
مَّلِكٌ
يَأْخُذُ
كُلَّ
سَفِينَةٍ
غَصْبًا
79. "As for the ship, then it was for (some) needy
working in the sea; so I wanted to mar it, for there was behind
them a king taking every ship by duress."
وَأَمَّا
الْغُلَامُ
فَكَانَ
أَبَوَاهُ
مُؤْمِنَيْنِ
فَخَشِينَا
أَن
يُرْهِقَهُمَا
طُغْيَانًا
وَكُفْرًا
80. "And as for the youth, then his parents were ever
faithful; so we worried that he would exhaust them with tyranny
and repudiation..."
فَأَرَدْنَا
أَن
يُبْدِلَهُمَا
رَبُّهُمَا
خَيْرًا
مِّنْهُ
زَكَاةً
وَأَقْرَبَ
رُحْمًا
81. "...so we wanted that substitutes does your Lord better than him in amelioration, and nearer in
mercy."
وَأَمَّا
الْجِدَارُ
فَكَانَ
لِغُلَامَيْنِ
يَتِيمَيْنِ
فِي
الْمَدِينَةِ
وَكَانَ
تَحْتَهُ
كَنزٌ
لَّهُمَا
وَكَانَ
أَبُوهُمَا
صَالِحًا
فَأَرَادَ
رَبُّكَ
أَنْ
يَبْلُغَا
أَشُدَّهُمَا
وَيَسْتَخْرِجَا
كَنزَهُمَا
رَحْمَةً
مِّن
رَّبِّكَ
وَمَا
فَعَلْتُهُ
عَنْ
أَمْرِي
ذَلِكَ
تَأْوِيلُ
مَا لَمْ
تَسْطِع
عَّلَيْهِ
صَبْرًا
82. "And as for the wall, then it was for two orphan
youths in the city, and under it was a treasure for them; and
their father was ever righteous. So your Lord wanted that
they reach their vigor and extract their treasure, mercy from
your Lord; and I did it not of my (own) affair - that is the
interpretation of what you couldn't have with it,
patience."
