(21) Al-Anbiyaa: The Prophets سورة الأنبياء

وَلِسُلَيْمَانَ الرِّيحَ عَاصِفَةً تَجْرِي بِأَمْرِهِ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ الَّتِي بَارَكْنَا فِيهَا وَكُنَّا بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَالِمِينَ
81. And for Solomon was the wind storming, running by his order to the land that We blessed therein; and We are ever, in everything, knowledgeable.

وَمِنَ الشَّيَاطِينِ مَن يَغُوصُونَ لَهُ وَيَعْمَلُونَ عَمَلًا دُونَ ذَلِكَ وَكُنَّا لَهُمْ حَافِظِينَ
82. And from the devils were those who would dive for him and performed deeds outside of that; and We were ever over them Preservers.

وَأَيُّوبَ إِذْ نَادَى رَبَّهُ أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
83. And Job, for he cried unto his Lord, "Touched me has harm and You are the most merciful of the merciful."

فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ فَكَشَفْنَا مَا بِهِ مِن ضُرٍّ وَآتَيْنَاهُ أَهْلَهُ وَمِثْلَهُم مَّعَهُمْ رَحْمَةً مِّنْ عِندِنَا وَذِكْرَى لِلْعَابِدِينَ
84. So We responded to him, then We lifted what was with him of harm and provided him (with) his family and similar to them; mercy from about Us and a remembrance for the worshippers.

وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِدْرِيسَ وَذَا الْكِفْلِ كُلٌّ مِّنَ الصَّابِرِينَ
85. And Ishmael, and Idrees, and Dhil Kifl, each was from the patient.

وَأَدْخَلْنَاهُمْ فِي رَحْمَتِنَا إِنَّهُم مِّنَ الصَّالِحِينَ
86. And We entered them into Our mercy, assuredly they were from the righteous.

وَذَا النُّونِ إِذ ذَّهَبَ مُغَاضِبًا فَظَنَّ أَن لَّن نَّقْدِرَ عَلَيْهِ فَنَادَى فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ أَن لَّا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
87. And ThaNoon, for he went angrily as he surmised that We would never restrict upon him; then he cried in the darkness, "There is no god but You, extolled are You!  Assuredly I was ever from the oppressors."

فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ وَنَجَّيْنَاهُ مِنَ الْغَمِّ وَكَذَلِكَ نُنجِي الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
88. So We responded to him and saved him from the agony, and thus We save the faithful.

وَزَكَرِيَّا إِذْ نَادَى رَبَّهُ رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِي فَرْدًا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْوَارِثِينَ
89. And Zachariah, for he cried unto his Lord, "My Lord, leave me not single, and You are the best of inheritors."

فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُ يَحْيَى وَأَصْلَحْنَا لَهُ زَوْجَهُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْخَيْرَاتِ وَيَدْعُونَنَا رَغَبًا وَرَهَبًا وَكَانُوا لَنَا خَاشِعِينَ
90. So We responded to him and We bestowed upon him John and We rectified for him, his wife; assuredly they were ever expeditious with the goodness, and they call Us desiring and awing, and they were ever unto Us humble. 

وَالَّتِي أَحْصَنَتْ فَرْجَهَا فَنَفَخْنَا فِيهَا مِن رُّوحِنَا وَجَعَلْنَاهَا وَابْنَهَا آيَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ
91. And the one who safeguarded her genitalia, so We blew into her from Our Spirit and We made her, and her son, a sign unto the worlds.

إِنَّ هَذِهِ أُمَّتُكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَأَنَا رَبُّكُمْ فَاعْبُدُونِ
92. Assuredly this is  your nation, one nation, and I am your Lord so worship Me.

وَتَقَطَّعُوا أَمْرَهُم بَيْنَهُمْ كُلٌّ إِلَيْنَا رَاجِعُونَ
93. And they severed their affair among them, each unto Us is returning.

فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِنَ الصَّالِحَاتِ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَا كُفْرَانَ لِسَعْيِهِ وَإِنَّا لَهُ كَاتِبُونَ
94. So whoever performs from the righteousness, and he is faithful, then (there is) no repudiation to his pursuit and assuredly We are of it Writers.

وَحَرَامٌ عَلَى قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ
95. And (it is) sanctified, upon any village We destroyed, that they return not.

حَتَّى إِذَا فُتِحَتْ يَأْجُوجُ وَمَأْجُوجُ وَهُم مِّن كُلِّ حَدَبٍ يَنسِلُونَ
96. Until when it is opened (for) Gog and Magog and they, from every knoll, spring.

وَاقْتَرَبَ الْوَعْدُ الْحَقُّ فَإِذَا هِيَ شَاخِصَةٌ أَبْصَارُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا قَدْ كُنَّا فِي غَفْلَةٍ مِّنْ هَذَا بَلْ كُنَّا ظَالِمِينَ
97. And neared did the Rightful Promise; so there it is, glazed is the vision (of) the ones who repudiated, "O woe to us, truly we were ever in oblivion of this.  Rather, we were ever oppressors."

إِنَّكُمْ وَمَا تَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ حَصَبُ جَهَنَّمَ أَنتُمْ لَهَا وَارِدُونَ
98. Assuredly you and what you worship outside of Allah are the pellets of Hell, you are unto it fetched.

لَوْ كَانَ هَؤُلَاء آلِهَةً مَّا وَرَدُوهَا وَكُلٌّ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ
99. If those were ever gods, not would they be fetched unto it; yet each is in it, eternally. 

لَهُمْ فِيهَا زَفِيرٌ وَهُمْ فِيهَا لَا يَسْمَعُونَ
100. For them in it is sighing and they, in it, hear not.
