بِـسْـمِ
اللهِ
الرَّحـْمـنِ
الرَّحِـيـمِِ
In the Name of Allah The All Merciful, The Most Merciful.
سَبِّحِ
اسْمَ
رَبِّكَ
الْأَعْلَى
1. Extol the name of your Lord, The Highest.
الَّذِي
خَلَقَ
فَسَوَّى
2. The One who created, then leveled.
وَالَّذِي
قَدَّرَ
فَهَدَى
3. And the One who destined, then guided.
وَالَّذِي
أَخْرَج َالْمَرْعَى
4. And the One who issued the pasture,
فَجَعَلَهُ
غُثَاء
أَحْوَى
5. ...then made it swarthy chaff.
سَنُقْرِؤُكَ
فَلَا
تَنسَى
6. We will rehearse you so do not forget...
إِلَّا
مَا شَاء
اللَّهُ
إِنَّهُ
يَعْلَمُ
الْجَهْرَ
وَمَا
يَخْفَى
7. ...except what Allah wills, assuredly He knows the revealed and
what is hidden.
وَنُيَسِّرُكَ
لِلْيُسْرَى
8. And We ease you to the easiness.
فَذَكِّرْ
إِن
نَّفَعَتِ
الذِّكْرَى
9. So remind in case it benefits, the reminder.
سَيَذَّكَّرُ
مَن
يَخْشَى
10. He will remember, he who reveres.
وَيَتَجَنَّبُهَا
الْأَشْقَى
11. And he will sidestep it, the most wretched.
الَّذِي
يَصْلَى النَّارَ
الْكُبْرَى
12. The one who roasts (in) the greatest fire.
ثُمَّ
لَا
يَمُوتُ
فِيهَا
وَلَا
يَحْيَى
13. Then he neither dies in it, nor lives.
قَدْ
أَفْلَحَ
مَن
تَزَكَّى
14. He has truly prospered, whoever ameliorated.
وَذَكَرَ
اسْمَ
رَبِّهِ
فَصَلَّى
15. And remembered the name of his Lord, then prayed.
بَلْ
تُؤْثِرُونَ
الْحَيَاةَ
الدُّنْيَا
16. Rather, you prefer the worldly life.
وَالْآخِرَةُ
خَيْرٌ
وَأَبْقَى
17. And the later (life) is better and everlasting.
إِنَّ
هَذَا
لَفِي الصُّحُفِ
الْأُولَى
18. Assuredly this is in the earlier scriptures,
صُحُفِ
إِبْرَاهِيمَ
وَمُوسَى
19. ...the scriptures of Abraham and Moses.
